Nose:
Smells thick and dense the legs slowly drip down the sides of the Glen. Caramel, candy pecans, a hint of cherry, apricot sweet oak that reminds me of a waffle cone.
Palate:
Sweetness carries through to the pallet. Roasted caramel, dried cherry almost like what you would imagine in a trail mix, that apricot note stays around and a hint of sweet cinnamon oak shines through.
Finish:
Immediate sweetness that is up front and prevalent. The proof definitely shows through on the finish with a spiciness that comes through mid to back palate. The finish is pretty long and remind you of a funnel cake with cherries and powdered sugar on top.
