7yr Smoke Wagon Private Barrel
You will not see every pick with the ©rushable label on them. This term is only used for barrels that meet a certain criteria. It does not necessarily mean that this bottle is overall more elite than any of our other releases. The © label just means that this particular pick, you can sit down with and accidentally drink the entire bottle without even knowing. Drink below it's proof, and is just overall DELICIOUS. This Smoke Wagon is the first BWS Crushable bottle of 2024, and for good reason.
Nose:
Cinnamon, light brown sugar, hint of banana, crumble coffee cake.
Palate:
Cinnamon carries through from the nose, baking spice adds some spice to cut through on the sweetness. Leather, touch of honey and the Dark fruit starts to show up with some sweet oak notes
Finish:
Sweet oak stays around on the finish with those dark fruit notes. Finish is med-long and stays around on the inner cheeks. It starts to dissipate and dry out and leaves you wanting another sip to wet your palate.
Definitely Crushable!!!
