Tasting Notes:

Nose:

Floral up front, immediately followed by some heavy vanilla with some honey and mint undertones.

Palate:

Honey and vanilla up front with a hint of oak. Rye spice comes in mid palate, all the way into the finish.

Finish:

Same rye spice with some honey and black pepper. And a touch of oak to round out.
