BWS! 2025 is off to a great start. And what better way to kick off our year of releases, than with another delicious Russell’s pick? And this time, we have a full barrel! Took years of hunting down and annoying the rep, but we did it!
Nose:
Cinnamon, roasted oak, caramel, vanilla touch of cherry and apple
Palate:
Roasted caramel, touch of maple, butter cream, cinnamon with buttery mouth feel, almost a toasted profile, and a touch of cherry.
Finish:
Black pepper, that fades into a toasted crème brulee, vanilla and cinnamon stay around on a medium finish
